Ken is an outstanding resource to have for your real estate funding. Prime example is recent home purchase (in a hot seller’s market), Ken planned a 25 day escrow. The loan closed in less than 20 days! In addition, Ken is always responsive with communication. If I decide to purchase investment property or relocate in the future, Ken will be my first on the list to call !
Our refinance took a little longer as we are self-employed, but Ken and Nicole with PRMG made the process much easier and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had.
