It was overall a great experience! Ken made every step to find our home super easy and smooth

Quiet, smooth, competent.

There was a lot more to the loan process than I remember. Ken kept us well informed and in a personable, courteous and timely manner and made himself available to answer all our questions whether they were directly or indirectly connected to the loan. All in all he made the stressful process more manageable and easier to get through.

All of my questions were nswered , I was able to pay off my bills, lower my mortgage payment! and understood what I was doing because Ken is very detail and patient, thank you So much Ken

Ken responded to my inquiries when many of them were after normal work hours. He is always very pleasant, patient, and extends himself to get the job done. I hope to do more transactions with him.
